It’s almost here! The week we’ve all been waiting for – that week in February when the kids are out of school, the snow is on the slopes and fun is in store for families right here at Mount Cranmore in North Conway!  Cranmore and North Conway were both recently mentioned by National Geographic as one of the top 25 ski towns in the WORLD! How lucky are we to have it right here in our backyard and a short 3 hour drive from Boston. We’re in good company along with Chamonix, France, Telluride, Colarado and Jackson, Wyoming! Just $99 for adults for 2 days during vacation week. That’s less than $50 a day. Where else can you get so much skiing for such a low price? You must purchase online at Cranmore.com before midnight the night before your visit for this great rate! Special rates for kids and teens too. Events all Week February Vacation week is chock full of special events. We have 3 Cranapalooza celebrations, fireworks and more. The full calendar is here. New this year is Stonewall Kitchen Day – they’ll be handing out free snacks and samples of their jams and dips and giving coupons for their popular North Conway store. You’ll get the best parking space and plenty of runs before it gets busy! 2. Rent Here. Buy a lift ticket and rental package and save. You won’t waste time stopping at a shop on the way or carrying them in from the parking lot. Plus if you need adjustments we’re right here to help you. We just upgraded our inventory to Rossignol skis and even offer high end demos. 3. Tune Your Skis. Tuned and waxed skis are more fun. If you haven’t tuned your skis since before the new year, what are you waiting for? Drop them off the night before and we’ll have them ready for you in the morning. No lugging them in from the car! 4. Eat Lunch Early or Late. Break for lunch at 11:30 or 1pm and you’ll find more space to spread out and enjoy your meal. We also have a heated tent installed behind the lodge for even more room. 5. Use Free Basket Check. Why deal with wedging your ski bag under a table when you can have free unlimited basket check? Our friendly staff with let you access your bags as often as you want. Keeps your things safe and sound when you’re skiing. 6. Get Set Up the Night Before – Thanks to our After Two Tomorrow Two ticket, you can pick up your lift ticket the night before and pay just $10 more. Get in extra runs and grab your ticket in the afternoon. Then hit the slopes for first chair the next day with no waiting. Sweet!
