North Conway Music Center Presents a Music Festival!

Music Festival This Weekend!
Right here in Mt. Washington Valley.

Saturday, May 10th, starting at 4:30

16 band and chorus members from Kennett Middle School will join 126 students from Northern New Hampshire for a performance in the Kennett Middle School gymnasium.

Known as the Northern District Middle School Music Festival, this annual event features select student performers led by esteemed guest directors.

Students will be performing a medley of tunes written by John Williams. Chorus selections include Renaissance, Folk and Beatles songs.

The festival is sponsored by the New Hampshire Music Educators Association. Students selected by their teachers to participate gain experience in performing with other accomplished musicians of their age group. It’s both challenging and rewarding for these elite student musicians and very enjoyable for all those in attendance. Come join us!

Guest conductors include:

* Deborah Gibson. Laconia High School Chorus Director

* Jill Deleault. Campbell High School Band Director

Performances will begin at 4:30pm in the Kennett Middle School gymnasium. There is a suggested donation of $5.00 for this event.
