7th Annual Fields on the Saco to be held August 17th, 2014 at the Barn at hardy Farm in Fryeburg Maine.
This is Farm to Table at its finest. Slow Food Saco Valley, the newest Slow Food Chapter in the region, presents this fabulous five course meal and event held this year at the Barn at Hardy Farm in Fryeburg Maine. By taking the products grown and harvested fresh from several neighboring New Hampshire and Maine farms and sourcing the talents of award-winning chefs you are sure to be amazed with this meal.
Join us on August 17th for the Seventh Annual Fields on the Saco, a special event honoring the land, our community and your discriminating taste. Beverages and appetizers provided by volunteer servers will begin at 4:30pm while you mingle with friends on the beautiful grounds on the Hardy Farm and dinner will be served at 5:30pm with live music throughout the evening. On this night, everything that touches your taste buds will have been raised on the fertile ground of several bordering family farms in Maine and New Hampshire, for a taste that is truly local.

Priced at $125 each and $100 for Slow Food members (of any USA chapter) with a special group rate of $875 for 8 tickets. Locally sourced beverages will be provided for the event. Proceeds from the 2014 Fields on the Saco will benefit the Slow Food Saco Valley Chapter.
