It’s Ladies Night at Chef’s Market and Bistro in North Conway Village. Ladies can enjoy a half price entree or half-plate when another entree or half-plate menu item of equal or great value is purchased every Wednesday. Wildcat Pub’s Blues and Brunch presents Mo Blues Band & Live WMWV Radio Remote With Roy Prescott on Feb. 8. The brunch buffet will be available from 9:30-11:30 a.m. with live blues music from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The buffet is $14.95 per person and includes brunch items and omelet station with their bartenders ready to shake up some bloody mary’s and mimosas to go with your meal.

Enjoy a one-of-a-kind Ice Bar in North Conway Village. Stonehurst Manor has partnered with Absolut Vodka to bring a spectacular winter Ice Bar on Jan. 17th and 18th from 4-10:00pm at the Manor. Tickets are $15 per person for those 21 years or older. Admission will include tastings from Absolut Vodka and its affiliates including Glenlivet Scotch, Chivas, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Avion Tequila, Kahula and Malibu. hors d’oeuvres, giveaways and a fashion show put on by Spruce Hurricane fashions. Outdoor fires will be available to keep guests warm and Stonehurst will even have TVs to watch the game at the Ice Bar.

The AMC Joe Dodge Lodge is celebrating its 25th year of the International Dinner Series. Ten Wednesdays throughout the winter season the lodge transforms into a cultural event where guests feast on internationally themed dinners served family style, with four courses featuring cuisine from the night’s country of honor. Guests may bring their own beer or wine. A nightly raffle and cultural and inspirational presentation that lets you travel vicariously are all part of the evening. Registrations is $24.00 for members and $29.00 for non-members.

Ski Pub Specials

Live music will be featured at Zip’s Pub at the base of Cranmore Mountain. Enjoy the apres scene after a day of10830715_10152627293299833_6031673765412097425_o skiing on this North Conway mountain with different bands featured weekly.

Enjoy Den Sessions at Bear Peak where you will enjoy weekly acoustic performances in The Den every Saturday from 2 – 4:30pm. During vacation and holiday weeks as well, special performances will be made.

Attitash Mountain features bands scheduled scheduled every Saturday afternoon (and extra dates during holiday periods) from 3-6 p.m. in the Ptarmigan’s Pub. Enjoy two full bars and full-serviced dining, with live music. Ptarmigan’s Pub is located on the third floor of the Attitash Main Base Lodge.

Live Music

Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon the Shannon Door Pub in Jackson features live music with regional musicians.

Wildcat Tavern features a Hoot Night, every Tuesday night, beginning at 8pm. Local and ledgendary New England musician, Jonathan Sarty leads the Hoot Night Band. Beginning from 8-9:00pm, local ski legend and guitar picker extraordinaire Tom Perkins usually plays the early set. A little after 9:00pm a wide range of special guest musicians come to play and by 10:30 the Tavern is packed and rocking. While there are a lot of great bands in the Valley, most don’t get a chance to jam together. Hoot Night brings some of the best local musicians together to jam on one stage.

Red Parka Pub in Glen, one of the most established ski pubs in the Mt. Washington Valley, has a regular schedule of live music from local bands including Shark Martin, Recklis and more. Every Monday night is also Open Mic, and with a little dose of courage from the specialty drinks here, you may even find yourself performing on stage!

Dining Specials

We know how much you love apres-ski, but what about pre-ski brunch? Enjoy an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet at the Red Fox Bar and Grill in Jackson for $7.95. Take-on a spread of custom-made omelets, waffle station, carving station, fruit bar and more. Of course, don’t forget the crafted brunch cocktails such as bloody marys and mimosas.

The Moat Mountain Smokehouse and Brewery offers a great deal on their fleet of hand-crafted brews. Enjoy a 7 beermoat_taster taster for $7, which includes some of their classics such as Ms. V’s Blueberry, Iron Mike Pale Ale and Bone Shaker Brown Ale. The Moat is also a great spot to refuel after a great day of hitting the slopes.

Abenaki Trail Restaurant and Pub offers $7 burgers all winter long on Tuesday’s. Ski hard all day and warm abck up with a draught beer and specialty burger.

Rafferty’s Restaurant and Pub features 50 cent wings on game-day Sundays, 7-10pm. Enjoy a casual day of skiing and wrap up your weekend get-away or vacation watching the game and enjoying some wings.

Local’s Night
Dine like a local and bookmark some of the Valley’s “Local’s Night” deals. Each restaurant has it’s own spin on Local’s Night with some featuring a two-for-one special, while others create discounted menu items or special featured entrees just for locals (and by the way, everyone is a local!). Plan to be a “local” for the night and enjoy a great meal at a great price at some of these fun restaurants perfect for apres-ski and apres adventure.

White Mountain Cider Company features “Street Food Night” every Monday, which highlights tapas style food and international delights. They are also known for their craft cocktails and rustic atmosphere.

Enjoy Pint & a Pound at Oxford House Inn in Fryeburg and every Thursday night enjoy a pint of local beer or glass of 1477415_10152568214309833_7447121666446096324_nwine with a pound of steamed mussels or clams prepared one of 5 different ways and a basket of fresh focaccia & sourdough multi-grain bread. Oxford House also features a Taco Trio Night every Tuesday, which includes a sampling of three tacos prepared with individual seasonings and spices paired with margarita specials.

Christmas Farm Inn in Jackson has weekly specials from their famous Friday Fish N’ Chips to their Italian Night special which offers a 3-course dinner and wine for only $29.00.

Max’s Tavern at Snowvillage Inn holds a “Local’s Night” every Monday night, with reduced prices on special menu items. Entrees include anything from homemade gnocchi to spaghetti and meatballs. All of the cuisine at Max’s Tavern if fresh, local and produced from scratch. Max’s Tavern also features a Thursday night Flatbread and Oysters, plus a Burger and Beer Night on Sundays, which lets you enjoy $3 Moat or Tuckerman pints and their “Famous Max’s Tavern Burger.”

Traditions Restaurant at Purity Spring Resort in Madison, offers a two for $25 special, featuring a prefix three course menu. It includes a choice of soup or salad, entree, and one dessert of the evening at one base price. Traditions also features a “Buy One, Get One Half Off” special every Wednesday night. This Wednesday night offer lets diners order off Tradition’s regular menu, including specials and enjoy two entrees for the price of one and a half!

Trivia Night and Live Music and Events
Hobbs Tavern in Ossipee, just a short drive from King Pine Ski Area and other valley ski resorts, features Tuesday Night Trivia, where five extra points will be awarded to your team if you reserve a table early. Trivia is every Tuesday night from 7-9pm and features food and beer specials as well as awesome prizes.

Just up the street from Hobbs, also in Ossipee, you’ll find Sap House Meadery, a craft honey wine brewery. This special meadery offers tours and tastings from 1:00-5:00pm. Enjoy a day on the slopes and unwind with great conversation and a taste-test of Sap House’s entire fleet of hand-brewed honey wine. Other breweries offering tastings include Tuckerman Brewing Company in Conway, with tours featured every Monday through Friday at 4:00pm and Saturday’s 3:00 and 4:00pm.

302 West, in Fryeburg also hosts a Tuesday Trivia night. No need to sign up in advance, come with your friends for an evening of fun and drink specials. Open Mic night is every Thursday and includes the musical stylings of local, home-grown bands who know how to get a crowd dancing.
