Margarita Grill’s emphasis has always been on hearty, flavorful food made

using the freshest seasonal ingredients and whenever possible, using produce grown locally and hand-selected by its chefs.  Each dish has a twist unique to Margarita Grill, using recipes developed by the restaurants own culinary team, including salsas, and special rubs for the meats and fish.

Flavors are often layered by utilizing a variety of cooking techniques, including smoking, braising and  grilling.  The result: hearty, flavorful Southwest-inspired dishes with a New England twist made with fresh local produce. 

Margarita Grill is proud of of its  farm to table menu, utilizing locally grown and sustainable produce and meat. We also strive to use as many non-GMO products as possible. Come on by the Grill to try it for yourself!
