Margarita Grill Celebrates New Ownership

Bud Selmi, Sizzlin Sauces chef and creator and Margarita Grill’s long-time General Manager, took on a new title; owner and celebrated with a ribbon cutting and grand opening on June 11th. Chef Bud Selmi continues the tradition of the Grill, serving fresh, flavorful and hearty dishes using the freshest seasonal ingredients and whenever possible, using produce grown locally. Each dish has a twist unique to Margarita Grill, using recipes developed by the restaurants own culinary team, including salsas, and special rubs for the meats and fish.

The restaurant was filled with guests who came to celebrate the ribbon cutting and enjoyed samplings of the farm-to-table, Southwestern inspired menu as well as Moat Mountain Brewing Co. and Peak Organic beer tastings, wine tastings with Missy Nealon, Dan Bickford and Bob Hill and Sap House Meadery samples.

Margarita Grill is a member of The Valley Originals and has been awarded The New Hampshire Farm to Restaurant Connection certification for its commitment to buying from local growers and producers.  The Grill has become one of four restaurants state-wide to achieve such status.  By utilizing the products of such local purveyors as Pork Hill Farm, Sherman Farm, Sandwich Creamery, Vintage Baking Company and more, Margarita Grill has established itself as a state leader in local, sustainable, and environmentally conscientious business practices.

Located at 78 Route 302 in Glen, Chef Bud Selmi and the Margarita Grill family invite you to join them for dinner and enjoy the menu for yourself.
