Join us  in our newly renovated Exhibition Kitchen and learn some family secrets  from Michele Starr!

Menu includes:

 

Starting with Pimento Cheese Biscuits and regional cheddar cheeses,

Progress to hands on creating of Southern Fried Chicken and some Pan Gravy.

Southern Native Collard Greens with ham hock and pot liquor are a family tradition that can be replicated at your home after learning the recipes from Michele and you’re southern accent may come up from within as you create them too.

Coleslaw and Salads with summer vegetables and mixes!

Strawberry Shortcake with Chantilly Cream including the sweet biscuits we will make as well…

Class begins at 1pm and includes:

  • A welcome wine or beer
  • Your personalized A Taste Of The Mountains Apron
  • All recipes pre printed for you to take home
  • Your meal as a group
  • Professional training and experiences in our exhibition kitchen

 

Maximum of 8 students, tuition is $109 per student.

We have FREE passenger passes for the Mt. Washington Auto Road available to guests of the Bernerhof Inn.

The Auto Road climbs 4,700 feet from the base and reaches more than a mile in the sky to the highest point in the Northeast at 6,288 feet.
