Progress to hands on creating of Southern Fried Chicken and some Pan Gravy.
Southern Native Collard Greens with ham hock and pot liquor are a family tradition that can be replicated at your home after learning the recipes from Michele and you’re southern accent may come up from within as you create them too.
Coleslaw and Salads with summer vegetables and mixes!

Class begins at 1pm and includes:
