Red Jacket Resorts, a group of seven New England resorts owned and operated by The Davenport Companies of South Yarmouth, MA have recently accepted multiple awards for their resort properties on Cape Cod, MA and in North Conway, NH.
Kahuna Laguna, the 40,000 sq. ft. indoor water park located at the Red Jacket Mountain View Resort in NH, was voted one of the Top 10 Best Indoor Water Parks in the country through a 10Best Readers’ Choice travel award contest sponsored by USA TODAY. USA TODAY, the nation’s number one newspaper in print circulation with an average of more than 1.6 million daily, and USATODAY.com, an award-winning newspaper website, reach a combined 6.6 million readers daily. And 10Best.com provides users with original, unbiased, and experiential travel content of top attractions, things to see and do, and restaurants for top destinations in the U.S. and around the world.
Kahuna Laguna was also presented with the Travelers’ Choice Award, won by less than 1% of attractions each year, from TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site. The indoor water park was also awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, a prestigious award placing recipients in the top-performing 10% of all businesses worldwide.
TripAdvisor has also presented Certificates of Excellence to Red Jacket Beach Resort, Green Harbor Resort, Riviera Beach Resort and Blue Rock Resort, all of Cape Cod, MA in addition to Red Jacket Mountain View Resort of North Conway, NH.
In addition, Green Harbor Resort has been named a 2015 Family Vacation Critic Favorite. All hotels on Family Vacation Critic are great for families, but “Favorites” represent those that really go above and beyond. To achieve this status, the hotel must have received a rating of 4+ from the editorial staff and at least 75% of family reviewers must have recommended the hotel by giving a 4+ rating in their review.
