The White Mountain Cooking School and Stay Package at the Snowvillage Inn is back! This class – April 8-10, 2016- focuses on the preparation of Southwestern Cuisine with our Southwestern Cuisine aficionado Executive Chef, Peter Willis.
The weekend cooking class begins on Friday at 4pm when guests may enjoy a complimentary glass of beer or wine, take a tour of the kitchen, and meet Chef Peter to discuss the weekend’s menu. The class will focus on tamales, molé, and flan. On Saturday morning, this hands-on cooking experience, begins promptly after breakfast. Students prepare the food working side by side with Chef Willis. Once the food is prepared students will sit down to enjoy their “work.” The class’s food will be part of the special for the evening’s dinner guests. After the class ends at 1pm, the rest of the afternoon provides time to explore the grounds or local area. The package includes a 3-course dinner in our casual fine dining room each night of your stay and a wonderful fresh-made breakfast including fresh baked muffins and hot breakfast entrée choices.
