Cranmore Fitness Announces Staff Promotions

Cranmore Fitness is excited to announce the promotion of Ginger Rober to Program Lead and Debbie Pollina to Member Services Supervisor.

Rober has worked at Cranmore Fitness as a personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2013. She will continue to train and instruct in addition to serving in her new role. Rober holds numerous fitness certifications, has managed two fitness facilities, owned her own business and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

“Ginger is excited to continue the energy we have for classes at the club and continue to provide the best classes and programs in the Valley. We are certain that her positive energy, passion for fitness, and enthusiastic personality will help Cranmore Fitness continue to grow,” said Cranmore Fitness manager, Kristen Barbin.

Debbie Pollina is being promoted from Member Services Lead to Member Services Supervisor. Pollina will be responsible for member services training, scheduling, hiring, coaching and evaluating of Front Desk and Playroom Staff. She joined Cranmore Fitness in December of 2015.

“Debbie is enthusiastic about the club and has a strong understanding of the many classes offered. We’re positive that her enthusiasm and friendly and helpful personality will continue to make Cranmore Fitness the best club in the Valley,” states Barbin.
