“Going Coastal” at The Wildcat Inn & Tavern

Learn how to prepare seafood like a chef on Friday, April 21st from 5:30-8:30pm at The Wildcat Inn & Tavern in Jackson! Chef Bryant Alden will personally instruct each guest on how to prepare three extraordinary culinary dishes:

  • Garlic Roasted Littlenecks
  • Creamy Crab & Asparagus & Brie Soup
  • Lemon Scented Crispy Haddock with Avocado Butter

In addition to personal instruction by professional Chef Bryant Alden, guests will receive recipes,  and “Tips from the Kitchen”, samplings of the food prepared. Don’t worry – they didn’t forget dessert! Guests can enjoy a dessert and a glass of wine after instruction and dinner samplings.

The cost for the Seafood Culinary Class is $75 per person or take advantage of the event’s Special Package Deal of $99 per person, which includes the event and one night’s lodging for one person.
