Bring the authentic flavors of Vietnam and Thailand to your kitchen while learning basic cooking methods, knife skills, and enjoying culinary discussions with your chef-instructor, Steffani Adaska.
This hands-on class will enable you to broaden your culinary horizons while having fun creating genuine, healthful recipes from Southeast Asia. Bring your appetite and your desire to learn to this 4-week class. A $40.00 food fee is payable to the instructor the first night of class. Please bring an apron and two side towels (dish towels) to each class. Recipes will be provided.
ALLERGY ALERT: Please note peanuts are used in several recipes. If you have peanut allergies this class is not for you.

About Chef Adaska
Steffani began her culinary career in New Jersey at the age of 13 and has run several kitchens and catering businesses in NJ, NY and AZ. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion of food and has taught at King’s Cooking Studios in NJ. She has overseen the Test Kitchen for Art Culinaire Magazine and currently does recipe testing for Clean Eating Magazine.
Steffani is an active member of the ACF (American Culinary Federation), White Mountains Chapter, the American Personal & Private Chef Association and the MWV Chamber of Commerce. She is the former Chair of Mt. Washington Valley Young Professionals, a Team Leader at Angels & Elves (Kiwanis) and Founder of MWV Hurricane Irene Relief Fund.
Steffani is a wife, a mother, an inventor, a serial entrepreneur, and Chef/Owner of Steffani Adaska Personal Chef Services. She is also chef/host of The Clean Plate w/ Steffani, a local cooking show on Valley Vision/Channel 3.
Steffani holds an Associate’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from County College of Morris, NJ and is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park, NY (May, 1993).
