WHITE MOUNTAIN NATIONAL FOREST STEWARDSHIP: VALUING AND PROTECTING OUR TOURISM PRODUCT FOR THE FUTURE

On Wednesday, May 3,  please join Janice Crawford, MWVCC, Joseph Phillips, WMNF and Austin Bernier, National Forest Foundation for a Customer Service seminar on dispersing traffic amongst popular hiking destinations during peak tourist season. The seminar will take place at the North Conway Water Precinct from 1:00-4:00 pm. This seminar will help our front line representatives become more confident and knowledgeable about the forest and how best to make recommendations to our visitors based on hiking skill level, amount of time a visitor(s) wishes to spend in the forest, specific sites they wish to experience, etc.

We feel that this training will go a long way in providing superior customer service while at the same time relieving the pressure that many of our beautiful spots are experiencing thus protecting them for future visitation.

The seminar is FREE and a valuable resource for training.  If you cannot send a majority of your front line personnel, please send a few who can then train the rest of your staff.

For more information or to reserve your seat, call Lisa at 356-5701 ext 300.
